Sex denial is one major cause of sexual violence. Since marriage is a contract, everything that make up or is involved about marriage should be considered as such. therefore if sexual violence with marriage couples is criminal, then denying or starving one partner sex should also be criminal. Most domestic violence case has its roots in sex related issues.
