However, I think seeking for promotion is not the best answer. He may best, contact a lawyer to make a claim for work-men's compensation, citing the psychological trauma he is going through as a result of the incident.

Regarding show of concern by Ministry of Education and the NAGRAT, it is good he has aired his disappointment at them, but he should not acy ignorant, for such is the nature of Ghanian authorities. He should ask Tony Yeboah and many other athletes and they shall tell them of how they were treated when they fell into similar situations.

But, on a much more serious note, Governments, both past and present must be blamed for negligence of all that matter to the development of the country.

In this respect, I wish a lawyer will benevolently assist this teacher to take the government to court for dereliction of duty and get the courts to pay him a gargantuan compensation, as was done to Mr Agyare this week, for wrongful imprisonment for 14years.

The Ministry of Education is duty bound to provide a workable environment for these teachers to work and they failed as an good and caring employer then they should taken to court.By failing to provide good rest rooms for their employees they should be sued.Ghanaians should learn to defend their rights.It is a fundamental human rights enshrined in the ILO charter. So my advice to this teacher is to take employers to court for failing to provide a healthy working environment for their employees.

I agree with you. I felt very uncomfortable with that part of the story-why did he (and the other teachers) lie about such a serious predicament? Human waste is full of "anything" one can think of. So the teacher really needs a very serious and thorough treatment. Unfortunately, he thought it was too embarrassing to let the medical team know exactly what happened. Ironically, it is not only the hospital staff that knows his plight, it is the whole world! I wish someone could advise him to seek medical attention immediately.
As for the compensation, .....well....I think he needs to talk to some legal experts (I hope the lawyers will consider his plight and give him free some free services). His situation is so traumatic. So I think he needs a lot of support (in any kind).

All the same, I sympathize with him. If I were him, I will go on transfer for the good of the school and myself.
