WHY THE SILENT FROM THE MINISTER? THIS IS HOW GHANAIANS AND THEREFORE AFRICAN LEADERS FEEL AND THINK IS THE RIGHT WAY TO GOVERN. THIS CROOKED WAY OF GOVERNING A NATION SHOULD BE SOPPED ONCE AND FOR ALL. IS THE MINISTER GOING TO TELL PARLIAMENT THAT HE IS GOING TO STUDY THE REPORT, AND THEN REMOVE WHAT IS DAMAGING, TO THE BEST OF HIS KNOWLEDGE, TO THE GOVERNMENT BEFORE HE PRESENTS IT TO PARLIAMENT
  
  THE IS COMPLETE NONSENSE. ALL ALONG THAT IS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ALL REPORTS. GOVERNMENT WILL RECEIVE REPORTS AND SIT ON THEM UNTILL SOME BRAVEV PERSON TALKS BEFORE THE GOVT WILL COME OUT WITH A STUPID AND SILLY EXPLATION AS TO WHY IT SITTING ON THE REPORT.

  How can these less informed, less knowledgeable MPs fhen be given the mandate to enact laws for us when even the leader do not know that the IGP cannot present a report to parliament? God have mercy on us.....maculooooo

  Why has the Minister of Interior therefore not laid the report in parliament for the august house to ascertain why the NDC gov't led by John Mahama would employ the brute force of the police, including violence and the use of live bullets by the police, to attempt to cower and subdue the citizenry in demanding that, the NDC gov't fulfills it's mandate in addressing the developmental challenges of the people, by protestation, which is their legitimate, constitutional and fundamental human right?
  Ghana under the NDC gov't is sinking into a militaristic banana republic which are the antecedents of the NDC gov't, and it clearly, does not augur well for democratic governance and growth of the nation. Ghana inherently deserves way better than what the NDC gov't is offering the masses, and would need to be voted out for Ghana to make any progress.

  Some of our MPs should no better because they are law maker.The IGP can not bypass the minister for interior and send a report to parliement.
