Ghana has three hydroelectric dams: Akosombo dam, Kpong hydroelectric dam and the newly constructed Bui dam. Aside this we have the Aboadze power and Takoradi power plants. We need to quadruple our electricity production within the next four years.

A look at the national electricity grid would tell you straight away that the Akyem districts in the Eastern Region which make up more than half the population of the region have been cheated.

However what is disturbing is that the additional power being generated is not being used by our industries or consumers. We supply Togo, Benin and Nigeria through two grids one in the south and one in the North. We also supply ivory coast and Burkina Faso with electricity. Inspite of this the cost of electricity to the average consumer has not declined and many would tell you that it is very expensive. There is another thing I don't understand. The government sometimes tells us there is power crises meanwhile electricity supply to other countries from Ghana continues unabated.

Until millions of Ghanaians stage demonstration in all the 10 regional capitals to demand fairness, equity of our natural resources, .....and ask Ghanaian politician to stop bribery, corruption, stealing and telling lies, Ghana cannot develop. Most often, Ghanaians are timid, scared and unthoughtful to gather a bigger crowd for demonstration. Big demonstrations send shivers down the spine of all presidents and politicians of the world. Ghanaians in Ghana don't think well and they are reasons why every Ghanaian president takes us for granted. Look at how Americans raise big crowd and go on rampage to demonstrate against their leaders and demand accountability! Look at how Tunisians, Egyptians, Turkey, Ukraine, and other European and Asian nations use bigger demonstrations to dethrone their presidents from office. Ghanaians are disgrace to God and the society on earth because they don't think about their nation. Ghana is 57-years old and if she were human-being, she would be having grandchildren, assets and liabilities. Sadly, Ghana is still struggling for electricity. Shame on us all. Out of this 57-years since independence, NDC same faces from theor old PNDC era have ruled Ghanaians for 27-years years now, more than half of the 57-years but NDC has nothing to show for their long stay in office. Sadly, Ghanaians who are foolish use tribalism and keep on voting for this same evil NDC Ghanaians claim they are not good. If NDC is not good and does not know how to govern, who voted for them? Animals?

Ghanaians have short memories-they cry aloud only when they are in difficulty but the moment NDC fools them during election year and promise them the moon, these same Ghanaians listen to NDC foolishness and vote for them to rule us and steal our money.

God will punish all those who keep on voting on tribal lines for NDC. Why should it be too hard for Ghana to have electricity when God has given us several rivers, oceans, the sea and over 12 natural resources as well a lot of human professionals and experts? God will ask all members of NDC tough and mind-boggling questions.

And until the death of our late president Mills is thoroughly investigated and the perpetrators brought to book, God will not give any NDC member any peace and that include all those who voted for them as well as their hardcore fans.
