This is another staunch criminal talking.They reason he was so passionate about the mental health act was to use it to empty the coffers of the helpless mentally sick.A lot of donor funding go to mental institutions and why the wretched state of affairs in our mental institutions.Another stupid, ,power drunk tribal idiot who can't differentiate between politics and civil duties.Some of us are surprise he is still stuck there as the chief psychiatrist despite his open hatred for the NDC.He openly confronted Dr Benjamin Kunbour then health minister like a politician with the opposition.These are the people the NDC should identify and throw out.
