To you it means nothing and ask yourself if those in power have third class? Educationally, they are far ahead of Nana in any capacity so, why can't they perform? What is holding them at bay? Commonsense. Your president and his team, lack commonsense and critical thinking.

Look, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg are among the richest men in the word and they have given what people with educational credential couldn't do. Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg are both "college drop out". Do you believe that but with commonsense and vision, they have given us technology that is unequal.

Some of you prefer to be ruled by fools who are well educated than people with commonsense and vision. When Nana came out with this "free SHS", NDC cast all sort of insults and spit or vomit on the idea. What did Mahama said in his State of the Nation address? He will implement that policy? Please? Why the "U-turn"? Why insulting the man who came out with the idea in the first place or who in his right mind will spit or vomit on a food then go and eat it? Commonsense, commonsense. We need leader who can think and reason.

Des,I think I can explain to you why a death of an Asante king is kept secret for a time before made public.Personally, I don`t frown on other people`s traditions and culture as such I`ll never give comments on them including yours,but mine is mine,and I think you`ll understand.Now back to the King`s death,Asanteman is a formation of several Akan tribes who got themselves into a united front as one people to stand against their enemies in order to protect themselves and their land.A king is born from only one family house among the very first clan/tribe being the )yoko) in order to avoid competition among the various tribe/clans,and is the commander-in-chief of the united front,which happened to be the army of Asante.As the kingship was founded for the purpose of a war leader, a new king is crowned to bury his uncle and lead the army in war as it used be in those days as such, majority of the Asante kings died in war.Now again,in order not to cause any confusion and panic among the ranks and files of the army and citizens at war time,the death of a king is kept secret,for the kingmakers and elders to make ready the new king so that he`ll be announced and made public, to bury his uncle and continue the war of the time.Another thing is that, a child from this special house family I mentioned,is anointed at birth and kept secret from public eye until he`s ready to take his position.I mean the concept of harvesting of human heads at the death of an Asante king came on as result of all those bravados which was happening due to the warring days of that kingdom and have nothing to do with the kingship.Also some of the blue bloods were arrogant and brutal to the extent that, they always went on a killing spree to intimidate the common folks as they always happened to hear first the news about a dead Asante king.

Its trust and share of information is what John Mahama dont like. Is John Mahama government a party or a government.
Until John Mahama trust and employ people to get information from the people his government will always say different things about the same thing.
When a government have depts, ministers, regional ministers, why should a president be asking questions from the public and commenting on them.
No comment should come from a president unless the ministers and all employee of the president are not doing their jobs well.
If a minister cant prevent a president from commenting publically on something from their ministry should be sacked. They are a shame to the office of the president, he trust them to do their job and failed.
John Mahama government is a failed government. Without information share no government. Without solve problems from grassroots we dont call them government.

Mr. President Find people who can help you genuinely get the government’s policy agenda out to the PEOPLE OF GHANA. You need people who would help mobilize the masses for the common GOOD of our Country. It does matter that policy’s and Good governance are major components for any country to progress. ALLOWING THE Masses TO KNOW why the policies are made and what the outcomes would or could be, who has to do what and why is fundamental to the policy’s success. Before things can be done the partnership between government and the people should be clear and communicated perfectly so that both parties have an understanding of what the agenda is. Mr. President I do not see your communication team doing this take a close look. IT CAN BE DONE. Meanwhile, lets remind readers here that you Kwesi Pratt did similar bad mouthing of appointees in the early days of the PNDC and succeeded in getting appointed as a special assistant to the Minister for Fuel & Power. Can you tell Ghanaians how long you lasted in that job before you were booted out for gross incompetence.Since then where else have you ever worked before. Ben Malor was a news anchor at BBC for years and later becoming Executive Director of UN Radio, having served as a special envoy for the UN Secretary General in places like Liberia. If that makes him a dudui then what are you? A NO BRAINER I suppose.

Kwesi Prat's criticism of Ben Malor is very unfair. Whatever confusion Pratt claims Malor creates when he opens his mouth, is only the figment of his (Pratt's) own imagination.
What is the confusion about Ben Malor suggesting that, the devastation of illegal mining can be well seen when you take a helicopter flight over the affected areas? If Kwesi Pratt understands this to mean that, Malor is asking all Ghanaians to hire a helicopter to see the damage illegal mining is doing, then Pratt's understanding of English is a suspect.
And is it a crime for Ben Malor to express concern about the cynicism of some Ghanaians (particularly from the Opposition) towards the President when the President is so much respected abroad?
I suspect Kwesi Pratt is attacking Ben Malor so unfairly because he Kwesi Pratt wished he were appointed as head of the President's communication.
The reason why no President would give an appointment to Kwesi Pratt is because of Kwesi Pratt's unrealistically idealistic positions. In the real world, those with utopian ideas can hardly produce anything useful. Such people spend all their time condemning everybody except themselves and at the end of the day, they produce nothing except talk, talk and talk

Yes in Ghana politics has become the carriage and gateway to everything tribal (it's tribe stupid). But when diced and sliced in many ways as those political stories and misinformation come and the only thing left people without requisite inner and outer credentials to be any good for the party they represent or the nation. Ghana’s political parties do need people with patience, wisdom and the capacity for analysis, evaluation and investigative skills to come to reasoned conclusion before they respond to any public issue. President John Mahama's NDC administration is failing because he is incapable of hearing directly for himself but through a wall of educated fools who are only interested in protecting their granted looting opportunities and not the least interested in mother Ghana. This is the inner workings of both the NPP and NDC; when in power they protect the party apparatus to steal until there is no more money in the till to steal. The NDC under Mahama is no different from the NPP under Kufour, or any other leader before; we have mediocrity as the best measure Ghana can afford.
