IT IS TIME TO RE-NEGOTIATE SALES OF ELECTRICITY FROM GHANA TO NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES. WE HAVE TO THINK OF OUR LOCAL NEEDS FIRST. WE SHOULD ONLY SEEL SURPLUS POWER. THIS MAKES SENSE, THAN FOOLISHLY SELLING POWER IF WE ARE SLEEPING IN THE DARK, AND NO ENERGY TO POWER OUR INDUSTRIES.

We must think and plan for the alternative at all times. Deceit is not a helpful solution to a cancerous problem. Why is it not bad to do same things over and over again only to expect different results ? Barely a year ago we were faced with same difficulties of getting adequate supply from Nigeria (probably because we were not able to pay them) and yet came up with some crazy explanation with busted pipeline story to which few with no brains fell in
concordance.

A supplier who consistently fails to deliver usually loses his trading trust and position. It would be foolish to keep going to this same supplier with false hopes to obtain solution. That is the level of our leadership thinking !
