  Consented sex at 16 but marriage at 18? I am sure many have heard of Mzbel's song "16 years". Some years ago parliament tried to change the legal age for marriage to 16 years but there was a public backclash which means that the MPs did not consult their constituents before voting on the issue.
  
  With many exceptions there is a disparity between Ghanaians of 16 years in Ghana and young adults of 16 years in the developed world (including Ghanaians born there) in terms of vital statistics like height and weight. This is corrected by age 23. Is it due to poor nutrition or the socioeconomic condition of the country? With empirical evidence I know that we are by no means inferior especially with regards to intelligence.
  
  After winning an election a newly elected Parliamentarian must leave his constituency and come to Accra the National capital to represent his constituency while at the same time providing feedback to his constituents. In order to represent his or her constituency effectively a parliamentarian should be able to communicate in the language he or she feels most comfortable in. Many parliamentarians come from constituencies where English is not the first language.
  
  Parliament must therefore provide interpreters for all the major language blocks. Parliament must also provide earphones so that if one MP is speaking in a different language the other MPs can all understand. Language must not be a barrier to effective repesentation. Parliament must also provide a readily available renovated residence to a newly elected parliamentarian.

  We as ghanaians are proud to have our children getting married. Those fools who think it is a good idea to stop marriage should look back what is happening in China now. They have older people than younger children and that makes it impossible for the elderly to have good care. There are no people to help and people to pay taxes for the care.
  Ghanaians are not Guys or Lesbias, if they want to marry they can marry after Secondary school JSS. As education is compulsory girls cant get marry before they have that basic education.
  We need more children and should be encouaging not running marriage down. These girls could have had children without been married, instead they marry knowing one person dont take care alone a child. Children need both mun and dad, its marriage that can bring both parent together and repected.

  ALIENS COMPLIANCE ORDER should be taken into consideration,as early as possible,to avoid the POPULATION EXPLOSION,we might be caught into.
  What is much scary is,the influx of these people are those that originate from countries that suffer from population explosion:
  
  CHINA,INDIA,NIGERIA,KOREA,TURKEY etc.
  
  If they have not been able to curb it in their respective countries,do you think they can do it in Ghana?
  They have bigger/larger land areas,but have vacated to dwell in GHANA,MUCH MORE,BECAUSE OF THEIR POPULATION EXPLOSION,AND FIND GHANA MORE COMFORTABLE AND REWARDING TO LIVE.
  
  I should think,it's about time we pondered over it,and take a good look, in considering what we have to do,to avoid being plunged into what they might have dodged.
