Considering the investment we have made in education since independence Ghana should have been far advanced by now. It is high time we switched to effective and quality education. We cannot invest so many man hours and money on students only for them to score zero in BECE or SSCE. However we must not forget that if our educational system is good but our economy is bad we would just be exporting labor. A good economy is necessary for a good educational system and a good educational system is necessary for a good economy. Our educational system must be purpose oriented.

Remember that, the guys looking for the answers are in the communities where those projects were to be executed. They are smarter than your ministers. Keep that in mind. You cannot woyomise, subalise, gyeedalise or sadalise education money too.

What Ghanaians requested for, was for the Ministry of Education to provide the exact location, the exact number, the exact districts in which the 2-storey dormitories and the 6-unit classroom blocks were built in which SHS's with the CAL bank loan of GH85million. We have also taken note of the fact that, the loan facility was for an exact number of 2-storey dormitories and 6-unit classroom blocks, which has been conveniently left out in this report. We have the figures based on the loan from CAL bank, so the John Mahama/Amissah Arthur gov't should provide the evidence of the contracted loan or the whereabuts of the money. This is a matter which should not take long, since the project was, per the loan agreement, to be totally completed in May of 2011, emphasis on totally completed. Three(3)years after the completion of the project or the lack thereof, the evidence or the money should be provided per the request of Ghanaians. It's as simple as that, period!!!
