  WHAT IS THE POINT?
  What is the point in sitting on this when an even bigger debt is in the cooking? The placing of the Plant Breeder's rights over and above the right of the state to regulate the activities of these foreign giant breeders is bound to come back to haunt us!
  
  What do we do when we are sued by these corporations when in the future, we are forced to regulate their activities for the sake of public health and environmental sanity? They have already sued and won cases on the simple grounds of "loss of expected business opportunity"!
  
  This is a judgement debt we can avoid if the Parliament had a code of ethics to regulate lobbying and criminalize bribing! How do you wipe the floor if the tap is still overflowing, and there is no political will from neither the NPP nor the NDC to turn off the tap?
