The gas infrastructure should have been the topmost priority for the Mills/Mahama administration from day one because of the energy crisis at the time they assumed office. But what did they do? It took over two years before even a preferred provider was selected. I am not sure that the June completion date is realistic but we are waiting to see whether natural gas will flow from the project by end of June.

No doubt, this minister should have been sacked by Mahama for his failure to ensure that Ghana received regular supply of gas from Nigeria to avoid the current load shedding. To secure his position, he is resorted to communist personality worship by praising his master. Incompetent minister.

In Ghana our major problem is 'survival of rational thinking' verses oversimplification of issues. This minister was not in office during Mills/Mahama, to be on the same page.

When you took over power from the NPP was there power crisis? There after have you not made promises upon promises that Dumso Dumso would be over based what you think you have put in place, and if it hansn't worked why do you blame succesive governments. For how long will Ghanaians tolerate the NDC with such crass incompetence and yet they give silly excuses. One of these days there has to be some massive demonstration to tell this NDC government that they are useless.

Nobody can hide the light and true destiny of the great nation of Akan. they use all kinds of schemes and tricks to undermine or deny a proper standard to us but we shall never surrender. we shall change and adapt as like the Israelis we are the chosen people of God and he in his great design has made us diverse but unified in spirit. the ashantis like the tribe of Judah are and will remain an integral part of our being to to attack any one part we all end up feeling it sooner or later. they have succeed in turning some of our chiefs and kings against us and work for their evil ungodly agenda but we still see clearly . God has brought us into the 21st century and with that a new system of governance and state of mind based on democracy since it is HE alone who blesses the individuals with the gift of leadership wisdom and justice irrespective of status at birth. he has shown us the blue print of the way forward in the bible and other holy books and the time has come to free ourselves from this man made bondage called Ghana. just as in the Ukraine we must fight so the truth will come out , fear not the battle as they will crumble like the walls of Jericho . cast away our so called fake leaders and politicians who are nothing but cowards and like our enemies fear even their own shadows . yes God has put a million fears in their empty bodies as he who does not fear the Lord , the Lord will ensure all fears of the world will reside in him. They threaten us with superstition , juju and what have you and we say fuck you and go to hell as the divine power is with us . Yes all the tribes of Akan are fingers on the same hands and God has ordained we remain united so our strength and light will be visible throughout the whole world and universe , our time has come . everyday its becoming clearer and clearer to all children of Akan that we must prepare mentally for a battle of freedom . they come with tricks that say we must take a non Akan as our leader because its nice ? do they not think that out of 30 million Akans we can not find sensible down to earth leaders and warriors to lead our own people to our own destiny? a govt of the people and by the people is what the 21st century democracy is all about . let them continue to play with the consensus and other figures that justify their fantasy and enable them to marginalize the participation of the Akan majority in the Affairs of their own land , to marginalize us thus preventing us to afford a better standard for our people . The had of God has given them pestilence after pestilence but they refuse to let our people go , soon they will be swept away like chaff in the hurricane of fury . Long live the republic of Akan and don't you forget it as now the Fanti speakers, Twi speakers, Ashantis and other tribes of Akan are now one .

Keep quiet Mr. minister and solve the problem. Previous governments did not face this problem. They were even exporting surplus to our sister countries, hence, they added nothing. why is it difficult for you politicians to admit your short coming. mr buah go back and read what your party having to touting as your major achievements since the inception of the forth republic. prominent among them is the extension of electricity to rural communities. when you were extending the electricity didn't you think it was equally important to add to the existing capacity. you guys have double tongue and it is disgusting to say the least. how can you on one hand take credit for extending electricity to of 70% of the country and turn round and blame whoever for not increasing the capacity. credibility means nothing to you guys. politics stinks in our part of the world.

If the atomic energy had NOT been sold to the Americans AFTER they took bribe to overthrow him, would we be crying wolf today? Imaging how people can be so blind and empty. They fed their kids with the booty from the spoil after Nkrumah; today these kids are here to continue their father’s legacy. Since their birth they don’t know, feel or understand when people cry of having nothing or suffering.

Their silly self esteemed and endemic mental slavery, which is continually demonstrated by their sons and daughters, is what is still holding this country abay.
When thinkers are trying to fix problems, all you can see these sons of anarchist doing is manufacturing how to destroy. Fortunately for them, God allowed them to taste power for eight years of favourable world economic conditions; after being in opposition for long. What did they use their power for?

They couldn’t add even one mega watt of energy to the country’s power generation in their 8 years ruling. Today they are behaving like an ostrich pretending all is fine. How on earth can they end up in a hair dressing salon for a loan? These are the kind of people we have in the country Ghana. Sheer incompetency, majority of them attended school and finished with no school certificates and cannot even remember which school they attended. Everything they know about economics is buying and selling. Creativity has eluded them. They only dream.

All we saw in their eight years in office was day light robbery of properties and owning them at all cost. They did it with no shame, penetrated into state reserve lands and forcefully paid peanut for them.
Siphoning from state account and redenominated the currency with impunity. They portrayed glare demonstration of arrogant and abuse of power. It is unbelievable how their numerous presidential initiatives, ended up in “MATREKO WO” island.

From their birth they were thought to backbite, destroy, kill and make shameless utterances, bully, join occult and make use of cannabis.
If you are discern citizen, I will entreat you sit up and think, get knowledge and don’t sell your conscience to these reckless generation who don’t care about Ghana than to seek their self interest. Prof. Mills tried to heal and rejuvenate this nation. He was not spared with the most insult ever known in history. Prof was truthful to his words, that, he will not victimise anyone but would be a president for all Ghanaians. He believed in building Ghana afresh after their spoil but they won’t allow him.

This is what these guys stand and live for “If it’s not them then it’s nobody” What a callous and insensitive generation these are?
Wise up Ghanaians else your generation will suffer more than you are going through now. Begin to think and be creative. Government will only create favourable environment but it is up you to take advantage by your creations. No one can better your life than you. Think of what you can do today; for tomorrow may never be yours.

So if the president sits down for the supply of power to be interrupted and fearing public backlash, quickly jumps to try and fix it, should we thanking him for trying to avoid public backlash? I just read a statement coming from the VRA in which they impliedly showed that they don't have effective monitoring system at the generation plants to detect performance issues at the plants. Is this a good thing? When you get up and you start traveling outside the country by-heart, this is the kind of deterioration which you'd face back home.
