  No, there should be subsidize their farming inputs because they get money to buy Ak 47 to fight each other. How much does the government spend on sending the police and the military there on Peace Keeping? I always say the North will continue to be broke if they don't stop all these unnecessary wars, violence and also do not want to work in their area. The best the government can do to help them is to give them loans instead of subsidies.

THEY ALSO HAVE AUTO AND HARDWARE DEPARTMENTS BESIDE FOOD AND CLOTHES AND PHARMACY!

  Everyone with a problem should be able to come up with at least one solution to the problem. No solution as an answer is not acceptable.
  
  The solution lies in the monetary policy. Rural banks. The farmers in the Akyem districts in the Eastern Region which make up more than half the population of the region need even more capital.
