TWEAAAH! Reinstate who? A man's real motive is realized by a moment of "unguardedness." Even if he was secretly recorded, it shows his real nature when he is by himself. His remorse was not genuine. Why not also ask for the "Beauty Queen" of NDC who was also secretly recorded? Is this not double standard?
The man thought it was going to be rosy always. The Akans have a proverb which goes like this: "FROMFROM NTE HO DAA." He is now broke, cannot enjoy being driven by a driver in a 4 by 4 Air conditioned vehicle, people lining up to see him, even including the village chief, no more "enjoyment" from underage girls. He is now Kofi BROKEMAN like me. Let him suffer a little so as to be humble. The people you you meet when going up are the very people you meet when coming down, so an old adage goes. TWEEAAAA, DCE is not very popular now in the area and for Mahama to send him back will be suicidal to NDC in that electoral area. Hope Mahama knows how many people were happy when he was kicked out. TWEAAAAAHHHHH.

I am very,very,very,very,very sorry that Ghanaians and their so call experts cannot not see, realize, think fathom, dream, smell, and feel that our 1992 constitution is the cause of all our woes, our dilemma,our troubles, lack of development, corruption, looting of our money, and misrule. This military democratic dictatorial constitution which gives all powers to the president and his few henchmen has borne fruits to all our woes in the country. It has given all the powers unchallenged to one person and a few of his selected henchmen, and guides them to do what ever they want to do unchallenged. All that is left for the populace to do is criticize them but such criticisms don't even get in touch with even the coats they wear and to get to their skin. I wonder why President Kuffour didn't see it. why Mills didn't see it and why Mahama is continuing to rule with such a dictatorial and undemocratic constitution. I know. POWER SWEET so they all pretended to be blind. This has resulted in public insults, desperation, and disappointment among Ghanaians leaving the country to what it is today. I pray that this would not be a nine day wonder. May God give Mr. Nduom all the knowledge, experience, and the strength to embark on such a journey. It is only by this route that Ghana can find its lost glory and right approach to develop. AMEN

Many people just follow any party just because they think when that party is in power, it will not be well for their neighbor; as a result, criminals will always take advantage to rob Ghana. What good is there in this District Chief Executive? What I saw on the video was a CHARLANTAN who is ARROGANT and IRRESPONSIBLE. Is that what we are looking for in a public official? Those who are calling for his return are thieves who have a target of bagging millions before they leave politics.

It is surprising that certain members of the NDC led by Asiedu Nketiah are calling fr the reinstatement of the 'bush' DCE Gabriel Barima whose behaviour has brought his office into disrepute and undermined the image of the NDC.He is arrogant and disrespectful and his reinstatement will tarnish the image of the NDC. He has not got the qualities needed to hold such a high political office which needs constant interaction with the public.

Those calling fr the reinstatement of this 'bush' DCE are doing a disservice to the image of the NDC and bringing the office into disrepute.I wonder who recommended such a buffoon to be appointed as a DCE. His dismissal was a step in the right direction and should not be reversed.

This has led to a situation where many residents of the district choose to seek medical attention in the neighbouring districts". Can this ever be true? It really points to the disconnect existing between the power center and the grassroots of the party. Instead of facing its detractors head-on,appeasement has been the order of the day! I am nt making a case for any loose-canonns in govt,but what is the wisdom in the knee-jerk reaction taken in this matter, and what political capital is there to be gained by having a re-enactment of the 'nonsense' and useless concept of paying 'winning and loosing bonuses'? As at now, I am not even sure the debacle at Adenta, as well as other 'hot spots' have been resolved.
Does this administration need to create more of the same in a relatively tranquil atmosphere such as the Ahafo-Ano South District?
And should it take the public intervention of the General Secretary of the NDC to reverse the injustice and humiliation suffered by this affable and hardworking political appointee?
Given the background of the case presented by Asiedu Nketia,how effective is the Hon. Barima going to be when he is re-instated? If I were in his shoes, I WILL NEVER accept to return to the post, even if my life depended on it!
