  3.why go for a loan to rehab bad roads? will these raods bring u money? so wats the sense in going oythere to borrow, with interest? gyimi ni...

  6. u dont need mote security personnel to be effective. cost cutting
  7.why dont u align urself to some of these polys in gh. so students can transfer to legon from poly with their poly credits?

  The VC appears to be on the right track--at least he has vision which is important. Now is the time to consolidate what has been achieved in the first term. Turn UG-Legon into a world class university? That is the kind of goal a VC should be aiming at. You got to think BIG first. Otherwise, you wont get anywhere. You think small, your achievements are going to be small, no matter how good your intention.
