  This is what happens when the government is not forward-looking. Opposition parties should hold the government's feet to the fire instead wasting time on non value-added issues. Agriculture and for that matter cocoa is an important component of Ghana's GDP. Consequently, this challenge that cocoa farmers are facing should not occur in the first place!!!!
