  The SADA Board should not terminate the guinea fowl and tree planting projects; to make the projects successful, top down approach should give way to bottom up decision making. There are people in the savanna ecological zone who know how to successfully rear guinea fowls and how to successfully plant and take care of drought resistance trees. Have faith in such people and allow them to run the projects.

If decision are make bottom up, it will served them long time economy benefits because this project was put up to help the poor. What is so hard to manage a Guinea fowl? Even a monkey can do it, only NDC people lack the management skills to manage a Guinea fowl.

  One day, farmer kwame was in town picking up supplies at Asontogba for his farm.
  He stopped by the hardware store and picked up a bucket and an anvil, then stopped by the livestock dealer to buy a couple of Guinea fowl and a Chicken.
  
  Now he had a problem: how to carry all of his purchases home. The livestock dealer said, "Why don't you put the anvil in the bucket, carry the bucket in one hand, put a Guinea fowl under each arm and carry the chicken in your other hand?"
  
  "Hey, thanks!" the farmer said, and off he went.
  
  While walking he met a fair young lady with rather large beautiful breasts. She told him she was lost, and asked, "Can you tell me how to get to 1515 John Mensah Sabah Lane?"
  
  The farmer said, "Well, as a matter of fact, I'm going to visit my brother at 1516 John Mensah Sabah Lane. Let's take a short cut and go down this alley. We'll save half the time to get there".
  
  The fair young lady said, "How do I know that when we get in to the alley you won't hold me up against the wall, pull down my skirt and Fuck the hell out of me?"

  John Mahama and his government is a failure, it doesnt trust any ministry and his own minister. You dont correct a mistake written in a book and close the page. Things can only charge if the system is working.
  You CANT stop contruct halfway, it cost everybody money and time. Whatever is happening is SADA should be the doing of John Mahama because he didnt understand what Mills meant about SADA.
