This lady got the whole Kenya Scandals team shaken,she in boxed with her own Facebook page not a pseudo account,”i see you people exposing scandals i also have a big one to tell just dont expose my name” her opening clause to Kenya Scandals.

After assuring of her identity protection she went ahead and burst her bubble,”im 19 and a 2nd year here at Kabarak Uni,i joined this college a virgin though ive had boyfriends before,my parents are strict so having sex was never on my mind.

Sep 22nd 2013 is a day ill never forget,we went clubbing in town and got drunk with some senior students then went back hostels for party round 2,i rem less but i rem waking up naked to some guy called Javan with my P painful n new he had sex with me when drunk i only asked if he used a condom n he said yes,however when taking bath i noticed sperms down there,i wanted to commit suicide,i feared getting pregnant n HIV,took contras n hoped i was HIV free,in November i tested HIV posted,i felt like cutting off my neck,i confronted that guy and he insisted he was clean that i got it from somewhere,i was so depressed and took alcohol to die,i even bought poison,the pain was just unbearable how was i gone face the world,i let my parents down,i gave up on the world and just wanted to end my life” the lady narrates her story to Kenya Scandals and you can feel tears in her words.

Quickly goes to her FB profile to see her photos and take it from here,she is one fine piece of art,right features in the right places,a bad joke but Jesus would say OMG on spotting her,no man can resist this ladys charm,not even Jimmy Gathu,back to the confession and btw there’s no a single clue from her photos that she could be infected,”something came up in my mind that i should revenge,i hated men and didn’t want to be near any,my future had been ruined,somehow someone had to pay,after private therapies and sessions i gained strenght not even my parents,friends new of my conditions even up to now,my life would then take a turn and depend on ARVs.

I accepted my fate and promised to make all men i come across suffer,i know im attractive and men both married n unmarried chases me left right and center,luckily my body has remained good and if anything my curves got better something you men like.

I buried the good girl in me and became the bad girl,my goal was to infect as many as possible so far since Dec up to now i have infected 324 men and i make sure to note down there list which i secretly keeps when ill be on my death bed i will release it.

I know i have nothing left to do on earth but wait for my death but before i do,men will get it. My target is over 2k by the end of the year,pregnancy is out of question im on contras so i just do raw which most men here love they dont even question,my looks and body works greatly for me,i give it good. Of the 324 about 156 are students here at the college,the ret are married men outside,lecturers,lawyers,some celebs and 3 politician. Not a day passes without me having sex,mostly 4 people per day” she continues to reveal her shocking confession exclusively to Kenya Scandals.

She goes to conclude,”i know this story will get people talking but nothing will stop me from accomplishing my mission by continuing to sleep around,you never know but maybe you have slept with me or your husband,boyfriend,brother,father or any has slept with me and i never allow condom go have HIV test and for those who haven’t and here in Nakuru or outside,your day is coming,you men destroyed my life and i will make you and your people pay for it.

I don’t have any regrets at all,im gone for now,i have had one today and got two more men lined up to receive it” she daringly sums up her confession to Kenya Scandals.

WILL THE STATE RETRIEVE THE SAID JUDGEMENT DEBT WRONGLY PAID TO THIS CRIMINAL CALLED ABBAN WHOSE PROPERTY WAS NOT AFFECTED AT ALL?......OR ONCE AGAIN NOBODY IS THERE TO DEFEND THE SUPREME INTEREST OF GHANA?

This has been the modus operandi of the State Attorneys at the Attorney Generals Department for decades. They are all involved in the create, loot and share enterprise. They deliberately fail to attend court to defend the state so that default judgement is entered into and the claims paid. Thereafter, the booty is shared between the claimant/s and all the state officials involved. That is exactly what happened in the Woyome case.

They get away with murder because ministers and senior civil servants who are supposed to ensure that these corrupt officials execute their duties effectively and efficiently are either themselves part of the booty or negligent as we saw in the Woyome case.

If these people are all arrested, surcharged with the total cost of the claim (including the court cost) and interest on the amount claimed as well as prosecuted and jailed, then less people will be inclined to engage in such create, loot and share enterprise. Instead, what happens? These same state official are even promoted after failing to defend the state as well as defrauding the state. For example, in the case of Woyome, the Senior State Attorney who recommended the payment of the money to Woyome and his wife was paid GHC400,000 by Woyome is still at post and has either been promoted or soon to be promoted. That man should have been sacked for serious breach of the Civil Service Ethics.

Nothing will come out of the Woyome court case. He will go scot free and enjoy his booty. The same will happen to this Judgement Debt Commission. Nothing will come out of all the fraudulent judgement debt claims paid to individuals. That is, no one will be charged and tried or made to refund the huge sums of money to the state.

I wish to apologise to Kwabena Agyepong, Nana Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party for the unfortunate words with which I reacted to Kwabena Agyepong at Nana Addo's house when the aspiring General Secretary refused to greet me in a line of people. I felt very humiliated not just by his refusal to greet me but his response when I tried to draw his attention to it. His response that I shouldn't draw his attention to it because he didn’t have to greet me, was what got me to shout back at him that he was an arrogant this and that. I am sorry for losing my cool.

But, I will also ask Mr Kwabena Agyepong, who is aspiring to be the General Secretary of the NPP, to tell the Communications Director of his campaign, Davis Opoku Ansah (alias OPK) to stop insulting Nana Akufo-Addo.

It was this same OPK who put out to the media yesterday that I attacked Kwabena Agyepong at Nana Akufo-Addo’s residence.

Their hatred for Nana Akufo-Addo only betrays what some of fear they would do if the get hold of this party.

I do not begrudge OPK to still see Alan Kyerematen as the candidate for the NPP. After all, Alan has every right to contest and he has behaved as a gentleman during all this back and forth with party elections.

Also, I do not take anything away from OPK to think that Kwabena Agyepong becoming the General Secretary will assist that difficult task. But, some of us will not take kindly to OPK claiming he loves the NPP and yet continues to pour insults on the man the majority of NPP love, Nana Akufo-Addo.

This afternoon, I chanced upon a chat thread between OPK and another party member between 1:20pm and 3:06.

In this very disturbing WhatsApp discussion this same OPK described Nana Akufo-Addo as “an old dwarf”.

He called Nana Akufo-Addo “a damaged commodity.”

He was asked, “How can you say Nana Addo is a damaged commodity”?

His reply: There is nothing we can do with him.”

Why?

He answered: “Tweaa Akufo-Addo.”

Is it mere hatred, he was asked.

He replied: “Hatred for the old dwarf??”

Davis, why are u people doing that?

He responded, “Doing what?”

Destroying the fortunes of the party, he was told.

He shot back: “What fortunes?”

Of winning power. 2016.

He hit back: “Look Nana Addo can’t wins elections in Ghana SIMPLICITA”

This was a conversation between two NPP people: OPK, Kwabena Agyepong’s right hand man and a party loyalist, whose identity I will protect for now.

The core value of any planning and development scheme is to make sure all land developments, no matter where they may be, are adequately recorded, traceable and archived somewhere with some government agency with jurisdiction. What the decentralization scheme gave us in Ghana was just a bloated bureaucracy of government that gives political parties, particularly the NDC and NPP, additional government jobs to disburse to cronies and brain dead foot soldiers. There are millions of homes, structures and land development activities that had gone on prior to and since the decentralization scheme without government notice or knowledge. Would an effectively implemented system of government not have known this claim by Mr. Peter Abban? Would a search of land registration records not have provided needed information on properties affected by the road construction? Yet there are educated Ghanaians here at home and in the Diaspora who pushed for the decentralization scheme in Ghana just as long as they got paid handsomely and had backing from some international agency even when those involved knew that the very core value of the scheme may never be met. The same fiasco is still ongoing on across the offices of Ghana Lands Departments which have purchased both software and hardware Laserfiche products for use but cannot guarantee information access to Ghanaians.
