  Can somebody tell me when was the PPA abrogated? Oh NDC, when will you consider poor suffering Ghanaians and stop creation, looting and sharing our money.

  Former Mills Advisor Mr. Dan Markin of the NDC is the sole beneficiary of this judgment debt. Whilst as an Advisor, he represented Balkan Energy to dupe the State.

  If you read it carefully, you would be disappointed to note that the tribunal's ruling was actually in favour of Ghana.

  Is there any documentation of the contract?Between Government of Ghana and Balkan energy who were the representative that sign the agreement between the two partners of the transaction?Was the contract agreement debated and approved in parliament by solons or legislators?Which government or administration abrogate the contract?We want AG to tell us the administration that abrogate the contract.What was the overall deal of the contract.WE the tax payers demand immediately investigate into this create,loot and share criminal act against Ghana which lack Schools,Hospitals,Water,Electricity,road and imagine what this $3.3billion can do and our government which is not paying tax and enjoy freebies given out our tax money for free amount of three.three($3.3) billion dollars to one company.This NDC only came to do one thing,takes Ghanaians for dodo and create conditions for dubious judgement debts to benefit from create,loot and share.Ghanaians let us wake up and fight for our right.Why do we have sit down unconsent for them to cheat us everyday?.Our scientists,inventors, engineers who products that can transform our economy and are crying for help are denial and workers are not paid and Ghana government always busy paying judgement debt for what reason on one knows.Ghanaians need to know that we don't need permit from both the police and the city to demondtrate.Tunisia,Egypt,Libya,Iran and Ukraine folks did not seek permission from the police to demonstrate to bring down their democratic elected governments.Ghanaians let us hit the road to demand investigation into this $3.3billion judgement debt claimed.
