How many times should PAC sit on this case to come out with a verdict? It's a shame!

If really we are equal before the law then the law must take it's natural course or else the whole democratic system will be looked down on as false and fake only pleasing those are given the duty to protect democracy.
Ghanaians must be brave and bold to interpret the law as it not giving to turning and twisting the law to get culprits free all because they are part of their rotten team.
We cannot afford to let these rotten elements go off the hook laughing at the laws of the land.

Where are the institutions of government with jurisdiction over, government contract awards, government authorization of contract payments, investigative powers over government corruption and mismanagement and the prosecution of civil or criminal offenses? If after 5-years of trying this Woyome saga in the press and in our so-called courts system we cannot get anywhere then what is the PAC capable of doing?
Looking at the Woyome saga through unbiased prism, the fault should be laid at the feet of parliament, the Kufour presidency and the Justices on the Supreme Court of Ghana.
How were the contracts for the stadia renovations awarded? Were they awarded in accordance with best practices and procedures of Ghana's public bid process? Who approved each contract as valid and who approved the movement of a single equipment unto each of any of the stadium premises? Who validated the work done and or the percentage of work done prior to the authorized payment amounts? Who and or by what authority were checks made payable to anyone of the stadium contracts? Why did the Supreme Court rule that the only valid contracts of government are contracts that have been approved by parliament? Has parliament approved each one of past government contracts? Where are the exceptions to parliamentary contract approvals? Why is the CPA re-investigating an issue that has been resolved by the courts? Without each of these answers at hand this pony show of the CPA is nothing but political at its roots and not worth paying our members of parliament to spend days showing us who can talk and who can make the most noise about nothing.
