It is great to see the Senegalese commander, Capt Mbaye Diagne praised for his selflessness but I also remember the resilience and commitment of the Ghanaian contingency which is not remembered.

Well, they were there to save lives and not to get praise.

However, some of us will continue to see the great work done by the Ghanaian army to be a little piece of hope to some in a state of hopelessness in 1994.

Rwanda should ultimately remain a stack reminded to anyone in Africa who walks the path of tribalism and ethnic division, that the results can be mind boggling.
My heart goes out to the surviving victims of Rwanda today.

Commemorate Ghana's genocide too, Ghana Armed Forces !

Isn't it risible that the Ghana Armed Forces under the guidance and leadership of the Dzelukope mafia, which slaughtered, tortured and humilated Ghanaians on June 4th and again on the 31st December 1981 and beyond for fun in their own God-given country, will have the guts to remind Ghanaians of the genocide in Rwanda ?

Over 200 Ghanaians, still missing from from the despotic and barbaric military rule of the NDC since 1982, have till today not been accounted for.

Beloved ones,friends,family members and relatives are still waiting to hear news about their whereabouts, or their bodies to give them a befitting burial.

The Ghana Armed Forces should rather commemorate Ghana's genocide and stop pretending to be stoppers of the genocide in Rwanda.

Every Ghanaian has the right to live and the right of every Ghana to live should not be allowed to be determined by wo/men in uniform !

No matter what they do victory shall be ours for God has most certainly made them blind so they lack any wisdom and see no solutions . These pagan ungodly souls have lied and stolen from us on a daily basis but their days are surely numbered . Somebody quickly remind them i am still waiting in vain to be arrested or see the effects of their juju which they promised because we told our people to prepare for revolution and war . Today its clear the pepeni have armed themselves so we also begin to arm ourselves against these criminals, if you can not buy a licensed gun then make sure you sharpen your cutlasses well and keep them well polished and oiled . pepeni has appointed his incompetent criminal friends , family and tribesmen into various positions of state , little do they know that its not about building empty meaningless careers but they should know its a duty to serve the interests of the people and seek the well-being prosperity of all citizens regardless of stature , religious affiliation , ethnic background , age or gender . They plan and scheme to steal our oil and any wealth we are able to create. they work to systematically destroy even the basic family unit by try to thrush down our throats perverse gay homosexual values as being the ideal .They do not see the beauty of the unity in diversity of the various tribes of Akan rather they encourage and facilitate conflict amongst ourselves but it will not work as our people are now more sophisticated than that as no one is blind to their divide and rule tactics except the few idiots who think they build a political career in the oligarchy which has now crossed over into all parties . Be strong and vigilant oh children of Akan as our day draws nigh . long live the republic of Akan

What about their old leader Victor Owusu who also made tribal statements and lost his election? What about Apraku who made tribal comments about Rawlings marriage to his wife, an Ashanti?

These are highly tribalistic fools who will turn around and call others tribal. No wonder 9 regions voted for Rawlings in 92, 9 voted for Rawlings in 92, 89 voted for Mills and 8 voted for Mahama. We leave the tribal bigots who alone to lick their sinking wounds.

It is one of the most bloodiest experience in my military adventures. Sadly, 20 years on, it is as though the Ghana Armed Forces had not done anything positive in that carnage. Yes, when all of them packed kits and bags, we stayed put with our ladies, for the first time throughout. The West, who, are the cause of what happened in that country, has never ever made the mistake of acknowleding the efforts of Ghanaians troops. How sad! But history will forever judge us. I was listening to a program just three days ago when the soldier of the United States, Marine Corps, and of Sierra-Leonian origin, was hailed as the hero of the Rwanda carnage and subsequently, honoured posthmously. Well, perhaps he deserved it. All the same, May the soul of Dr. Capt. Ankah of the 37 military hospital rest in perfect peace. Indeed, the Ghana contingent will forever be remembered as unknown heroes. Afer all, in every war, there are many of such people. Kudos to all those who served with the UNAMIR.

The difference is that Ghanaians are just one step wiser. Now he has two political parties - one on the street and the other in his bedroom. The Ghana Armed forces should start thinking of ways to prevent any one wee-smoking soldier or a group of them from being able to overthrow a government.
