  Ghana had the same problem in the north in the 60s. It was agriculture where tractors and farming equitment where in nearly every town. That was a government like GYEEDA when you stop financing the project it not the thiefs that are going to loss, it is the people lost.
  Never say they should stop.

Each of those Ghana institutions of government has been proven to be incompetent, corrupt and contemptible so why continue to fund them? I know why. Ken Kuranchie and others in media houses in Ghana get kickbacks from government administrations they favor and do carry water for and thus to Ken Kuranchie and other nickel and dime journalists they are worth retaining. Get a clue Ken Kuranchie your 15 minutes of fame has run out.
