  Don't just say it you and Mahama should copy his leadership skills.Botswana has just cows and and some small diamond which they process themselves but they are the shining example of Africa.

  Ghana has more natural resources than Botswana & yet, they're more richer than us. It is a country that has zero tolerance for corruption & they manage their resources well, unlike Ghana that continue mismanage just about everything & corruption is a way of life for us.

  Botswana's democratic culture and discipline in the management of public finances is unprecedented in Africa.
  
  This small African country with just a population of 2milllion people is quite responsive to the needs of the people. There is probity and accountability and I cannot imagine a situation where an individual would line his pocket with smuggled diamonds to go and sell in illegal markets. That cannot happen in this century.
  
  There is a sound management of the economy and effective strategies have been put in place to combat corruption. The establishment of the Directorate for corruption and economic crime is enough evidence of the Government's commitment to fighting corruption in Botswana. She is indeed a shining ezample to Africa
