Most of these Ghanaians have no idea how to thread through the minefield of politics, thereby committing political suicide. The facts on the ground suggest that Nana Akuffo Addo has a lot of sympathy from the party supporters and I can safely conclude that he will easily garnish over 70% of NPP support nationwide. This may not be true from the eyes of aspiring national executives who want to dislodge his team. Majority of NPP supporters see his 2012 defeat as an orchestration beyond his control, not necessarily as a result of incompetence of his team. The NPP voters still believe in this man and his team, and are pretty sanguine that with a little vigilance the party will come to power in 2016. It will take a major catastrophic sequence of events for them to change what they perceive as a winning team. Bringing in a new team at this point in time would be akin to a group of people forming a new political party and hoping to defeat the incumbent government within 2 years. For NPP, this will be tantamount to throwing in the towel for the next election and beyond, since it takes a lot of years to prepare a new team acceptable enough to ghanaians to replace the incumbent government.
I'm just an ordinary NPP supporter with absolutely no affiliation to Nana Akuffo Addo's campaign. My only interest is how the party can win power and rescue Ghanaians from this economic abyss.

I will advise the renowned surgeon to do everything possible to be mindful of his language when addressing his fellow man. Jake has proved beyond all reasonable doubt that he is more matured than the renowned surgeon.
Politics is never a dirty game,it is the ignorance of people with poor interpersonal relations that make it so. People can couch their language in a more civilized way in their criticisms.
Prof. I think you need further tutorials in the use of 'Language' in the political landscape.
The NPP won the 2012 elections,but polling station agents were outwitted by the NDC criminal minds. The NPP must start using intelligence gathering unit in the party to warn all polling station agents of any NDC/EC diabolical machinations.

All their campaign message is about "I support Nana". We need strategic thinkers, humble and visionary executives. Ahh! cant you see that Sir John has on several occasions brought the reputation of our great party into disrepute? Aren't you in Ghana? Haven't you been hearing the kind of language Sir John and co have been using in our political landscape? The delegates should not make such a big mistake and retain these incompetent crop of executives. Because of Sir John and co., people have always been saying that NPP and NDC are the same. It wasn't like this when Nana Ohene Ntow, Dan Botwe and co were leading our great party.

Jake and others of his elk make their daily bread by fanning the flames of hatred, lies and all things negative about Ghana. Yes it is people of the Jake political stripe, semi-educated and undeserving to lead anyone, who are not and cannot be productive or contribute to Ghana’s development and thus need party and tribal animus to feed themselves and their respective families At the very least Prof Frimpong Boateng has a job, tries to be productive and seeks the interest of the nation above party politics.
