7years to complete a 4.6 kilometer road,how long will it take a govt in Ghana to complete an underground train network in Accra?.200years or 500years just shows the quality of leadership we have.

In the heart of town when the youth are looking for anemployment. Nsawam to achimota is no better and many other areas. What is going on. If we cannot get Chinese loans, can't we at least make our environment tidy. Weeds, sands and plastics have engulfed Accra. Even Lagos is better.
