7years to complete a 4.6 kilometer road,how long will it take a govt in Ghana to complete an underground train network in Accra?.200years or 500years just shows the quality of leadership we have.
Kumasi is the Second city of Ghana leading also to the northern sector. Why do people have to suffer so much on that road?
