Why should demanding HIV certs discourage people from marriage. It should rather cement the marriage. Rev how would you feel if, God forbid, one of your children marries an aides infested person? Remember, HIV has no cure.

In theory, an HIV certificate would not completely rule out HIV/AIDS. Sometimes it could take 5-15 years before the virus could be detected in the body.
