The very institutions that had been established to protect the citizenry have turned round and abusing the citizenry with impunity. All these under the watch of the President we have elected into office. Mr. President, please wake up! Sit up and crack the whip.

  I hope the courts weigh in on this matter. If the order has been summarily flouted by EOCO, I expect the courts to act swiftly, to stamp their authority on the matter, in no uncertain terms.

  As a government orgainzation, I suppose it is the Attorney General's office that offer advice to EOCO. Having said that, we do not know if such advice was received and is the basis of the action against this man. That notwithstanding, I have to believe that EOCO was still wrong in acting without first going to court.
  
  I am interested in seeing how this shakes out.

  These folks should be careful of how much they intimidate and push their victims around. One of these days, they will be met with a counter force and the result may be very bad.
