I don't see the logic here. The cheats are not the ones who go out to do the real Phds; they can't even cope. The fake PhDs in Ghana are the likes of Dr. Rawlings, Dr. Spio Barbrah and - now - Dr. Kwesi Appiah.

Waec is an an examination body organising exams on behalf of GES. If Waec want teachers who are not their employees to invigilate their contract for then they have to pay these invigilators well. HOW CAN WAEC PAY Ghc 3.20 for a paper that will last for almost the whole day? Most secondary schools don't have enough bungalows for teachers to stay on campus, so imagine this teacher has to take a taxi to school and buy food to eat because he can't go back home to eat, how much of that peanut will be left ? That though this is not justification for helping students but if the contractor will stop cheating and exploiting his supervisor such that they begin to see each other as partners then this mess wont stop. Teachers, please remember good name is always better than riches. Your students will only remember you for the good things you help them achieve but not for cheating..
