The fact remain the Akans are being systematically denied their rights in their own land , being robbed in broad daylight by this mafia stealing ndc . they even tried to corrupt our morals by forcing down our throats so called sodomy and homosexuality by all surveys prove 98% of the people are firm and steadfastly against such perverse corrupt behavior . the days of the ndc are over but they dont see it , they will not get even 5% of the vote as its now clear to all what their true agenda has always been . You know the same way the Asantehene flies on the government jet -- the government seem to merge public and private funds and that is why there is so much corruption and no tranparency in the system. What prevents Ofosu from naming the "awam" delegates for us to know if they are from the business community or wherever? Of course he won't do that because there are some lies somewhere.

We also know that the plane has traveled to two locations at the same time that the President was at those locations- Zurich Jan 22/14 and London, Oct 10/13 and Feb 16/14

We also have this fact from the Iranian officials;

“This plane was carrying a high-ranking delegation from Ghana and according to an announcement by the country’s government, the jet was in possession of the US and chartered by Ghana’s presidency,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said on Friday.

“The passengers of the plane comprised a delegation of Ghanaian officials headed by the brother of the country’s president, and none of its crew were Americans,” she added.

The question is why would the Iranian and Bank of Utah lie in the face of facts and information? And more importantly, if it was for private Business, why would Iranian foreign Ministry get involved and give those "Ghanaian officials" a presidential or diplomatic privileges" in Iran?

The NPP could help us by getting to the bottom of this to find out;

Whether or not the office of the President chartered this plane.

And who were these high ranking Ghanaian officials doing business on behave of Ghana?

And above all, why was this plane sited on two locations and times that the President was present?

Not quite Nyasasem, according to the CNN report, the plane was held in trust for E&P company that is owned by President Mahama's brother, Ibrahim Mahama so the plane actually belongs to Ibrahim Mahama's company so why they put it in trust in itself is a scandal.

In USA, usually the President and government Officials put their business interest in trusts to avoid conflict of interest like this whereby the President's brother is reaping financial benefits from his proximity to power. This is why Ibrahim Mahama is trying to hide his interest in this plane. You put your plane in trust and it is the only plane transporting government officials and businessmen who accompany the President in his foreign travels, very strange if not bribery and corruption.

This plane was bought by Mahama family to do what it is doing now, to transport government officials and businessmen who will accompany the President and other government officials and charge them for the flights which is putting more money in the pockets of the Mahama family.

Ghanaian taxpayers are being fleeced by high transportation charges.

Iran then came to Africa peddling a gold for oil transactions and the Mahamas are in on that. They have been working on that but being so brazenly corrupt..they took E&P plane which is registered in trust at a Utah bank to Iran which has under severe sanctions by the US that can be imposed even via a third party. As God is good, thus this seemingly innocuous thing like a US flag on a plane in Iran reveals their dubiousness...who were those on the plane, I believe that civil aviation must have a manifest of who was on the plane and this can be demanded by parliament.

Jen Psaki, the US State Department spokesperson, on Friday told international news networks that the US Treasury Department would look into the matter to determine if the Bombardier aircraft with identification number N604EP, belonging to Ibrahim Mahama’s mining company, Engineers and Planners (E&P), had violated any terms of the international sanctions imposed on Iran.

“The Department of Treasury will look at this and see if there is a concern here,” Jen Psaki stated, adding that the US Treasury would determine “if there was any violation of sanctions here — I’m not predicting there was,” she added.

The international sanctions on Iran prohibited US and other western economies from conducting business with Iran.

A New York Times reporter last Tuesday kicked up international intrigue when he photographed the aircraft at Tehran’s Mehrabad International Airport.

According to the New York Times, the plane’s recent presence in Iran, a country where nearly all US business activities were prohibited, raised questions about whether current US sanctions were violated.

“The Iranian transactions and sanctions regulations prohibit the exportation of goods, services or technology directly or indirectly from the United States or by a US person to Iran and would generally prohibit US-registered aircraft from flying to Iran,” Psaki elaborated.
