I am sure because an AD publicises, it was found necessary to publicise this announcement but the SADA Boss should have been given 'The Right Of First Refusal' to make good where he erred and do the Publication to REVERSE himself.

For a Whole Chief Executive, appointed only recently, to head a very troubled institution like SADA, to be so humiliated and embarrassed in this manner, has a CHILLING EFFECT on decision taking and undermines the authority of the CEO.

To our young but hard Working Ministerial folks, please seek wise counsel from experienced minds before moving in certain directions.

In most Western cultures, the CEO of SADA would resign. We should not treat our CEOs 'ANY HOW' because they seem 'to have no where to go'

My side bar advise to our Appointees is to do some discernment in the decions they take, particularly, those they take to town. And that process is to ask TWO very simple questions: (1) WHAT IS THE PROBATIVE VALUE OF WHAT IT IS WE ARE TRYING TO DO AND (2) WHAT IS THE PREJUDUCIAL EFFECT OF THE ROUTE WE HAVE CHOSEN TO DO IT.

The PROBABLE OUTCOMES TEST' softens the ground because DISCENMENT has taken place. This is an ISSUE of Integrity which seems to be seriously lacking in this instance.
