  Prof, you are waaaayyyy of on this one. Our sanitation problem can only be solved when the citizens of Ghana decree that they are fed up living in filth so they will change their ways and also the ruling government come out with a plan and the associated resources (money, equipment, manpower and knowhow. Until then, we will forever live in filth.
