Fact is, the functions of both ministries is to defend the Presidency and his country and nothing else. Even while he was a deputy, he wouldn't allowed his substantive minister say anything, how much more when he becomes a minister and Spio also being the Minister of Communication. Don't forget, recently, Mahama appointed Mr. Ben Dotse Malor, as the new Senior Communication Adviser and Head of Communications at the Presidency.

One thing I know is, if the rumor is true, then Mahama is doing this to Spio to stifle him so that he would not challenge him in 2016 and use Ablakwa to insult the opposition on anything they raise against Mahama.

To be blunt, all you are doing is cosmetic, camouflage just to create an allusion that you now mean business. The fact still remains that your government is so corrupt that it has no parallel.
Secondly, your government is so bloated that there are so many of your officials doing the same duties. It is about time if you really are serious to trim the size of your government by letting those unessential and undeserved parasites go fend for themselves instead of them living large on public funds.
Lastly, just two cabinet changes in your reshuffle of your government is inconsequential because a whole lot of your cabinet are unproductive, do not know what their responsibilities and duties are and what Ghanaians expect of them, in addition to the fact that they are corrupt.
If you want to show the country that you've turned a new leaf, then, you have to do a complete clean up of your government.

To me Ayariga is simply brilliant with his Ivy League background and analytics, Sherry is very hard working and robust, Tekper is marvelous and some people trying to break the Yilo Krobo concrete, nasty eh, Naana is simply dynamite and handling tough assisgnments, some idiots trying hard to create loopholes. Omane is solid on ICT. I mean what a trick. Kuffour wasn't quick enough and fell into such trap. Why not request for reshuffle on other ministers but rather on those that are doing well?
