It was three weeks after the season closed! Whom should he meet at the end of the wharf but the Federal Fisheries Officer who, upon viewing the live and wiggling lobsters, says: "Well me Laddie I got you this time - with two live lobsters three weeks after the season closed!"
The fisherman says, "No - My Son you are wrong! These are two trained lobsters that I caught two weeks before the season ended."
The Fisheries Officer says, "Trained like how?"
"Well my son, each day I takes these two from my house down to the wharf and puts them in the water for a swim. While they swim I sits on the wharf and has me a smoke, or two. After about 15 minutes I whistles and up comes me two lobsters, and I takes them home!"
"Likely story", the Fisheries Officer says! "Let's take them on down the wharf and see if it's true."
So, the fisherman goes ahead of the Fisheries Officer to the end of the wharf where, under supervision, he gently lowers both lobsters into the water.
The fisherman sits on a wharf piling and lights up a smoke, then another! After about 15 minutes the Fisheries Officer says to the fisherman, "How about whistling?"

Over here in Europe is no exception. They are very lazy people who don´t like to work but want to get rich quick. Now, the europeans have identified them after imperonating other countries for a long time. It is difficult for a Nigerian to admit to a foreigner that he is a Nigerian. He would either claim a South African, A Ghanaian, a Kenyan, a Botswan and many other countries. Because of their criminal behaviour, when you are a black looking for a job, the first question is, are you a Nigerian? Igonarantly, and in most cases, you see them beating their chest that, they are the richest country on the continent. Out of every five Nigerians that you meet, at least, one is carrying a Ghanaian passport, or the passport of another country. But thank God, the world is now getting them sorted out. For heaven sake, these criminals should not be left off the hook, even if they have paid the money! Why are they disturbing our peace in oue own country! Why can´t they go and enjoy their so called oil money and live us alone!

I do not think I can ever get my head around some of the dumbest and stupid things we execute at the institutional levels in Ghana. The government of Ghana has become the chief enabler for criminal activities to flourish in the country. No one in their right mind in any civilized nation would think that institutions of higher learning and or civil institutions would ask students and or public respectively to pay fees/charges due at some financial institution and bring back receipt as proof of payment. Did I die and go to heaven to think that falsification and doctoring of documents and data is a thing of the past in Ghana? Yes there are some who think because foreign missions in Ghana are doing similarly, is an endorsement for this asinine practice and a reason for other institutions to follow suit.
The little secret here is that Ghanaians and or residents in Ghana know who to mess with and who not to and they know not to be applicants for visa at any of the foreign mission offices of developed nations with forged documents. Universities and institutions in most developed and civilized nations do not go this route because universities and colleges have become townships unto themselves and thus strive to provide all the wonderful things a community can and do offer to facilitate student life on campus. Universities in Ghana should encourage banks and financial institutions to set up shop/branches on campus to help facilitate these payments. It is not always smart business for the schools and government institutions to minimize overhead cost by refusing to hire and manage their own offices of or for accounts payable/receivables.
