gbevlo was a gentleman with skills not suited for such an office. he was an ideal choice under knowledgeable mills but with brainless selfish mahama totally incompatible. the security of the land has so deteriorated in just less a few years to his none action in upholding the law . due to his misplaced loyalty he has allowed together with the bni chief yaw donkor the corruption to thrive and now its blown out of control. in protecting the constitution and upholding the rule of law we would have been assured of peace now we can only prepare for war and bloody civil uprising . everywhere you go from armed robbers in the street to universities people are already taking the law into their own hands and doing as they please without fear of the long arm of justice . ndc has forever destroyed the unity of the nation with their anti Akan agenda and the northern and ewe tribalism based on hatred . the facts are there only a fool will live in hope that this situation can be fixed with a reshuffle or a change of govt with or without elections . its over so prepare for the worst. the negative selection and caliber of the ministers is so poor they will not be able to face up to the challenges and things will surely fall apart

The Professor will take light years and cannot still fathom the retrogressive and destructive mentality of the northern elite.The northern elite and invariably the northern politician is fixated with an extremely poisonous and selfish mentality of seeing their fellow northerners suffer.They enjoy their poverty stricken people trooping to their homes to beg for alms.Most at times they never get they very little assistance they asked for even though their immensely wealthy elites are far more than capable of pulling majority out of poverty and starvation.Simply put they enjoy the suffering of their excessively poor folks back home whiles money is needlessly squandered on reckless lavish lifestyle including womanizing and dolling out assets like expensive cars ,buildings,hard cash that would have bettered their people a lot if put in useful,productive ventures up north.Simply put they enjoy seeing their people suffer.

Dispute what he said. Look at those who head the SADA program. Most of them are from the Northern part of Ghana so, what is wrong with what Prof. Karikari said? Do you expect him to hold Ashantis or Akans responsible?

I have said it and will always say it over and over again that, the northerners are the main problems to themselves. Looking at what is going on as regards this SADA (wahala)and the comments from most of them, clearely show that, our brothers have a long way to go. It is a shame that, they have allowed certain disgruntled and selfish people to infiltrate them, having known what they want to hear, regardless of the truth on the ground, and are feeding them exactly that stuff. This is especially so when a so called reports was alleged to have come from experts of the University of UDS to the contrary. The question I keep asking myself is, if they refused to accept the report, what can they do to the government? Nothing, for the fact that, those who will vote for the party will still do that, no matter what. Who then is the looser? I am incline to believe that, the usual dirty and blackmailing politics that we have in this country is behind all of these things, if not, I don´t see why people would rubbish an expert reports for no reasons. Could it be that, their machinations are falling apart? I am not a northerner but the tax payers money that is being invested in such project could have a positive impact on all of us regardless of one´s geographical location. It is in this light that I hundred percent agreed with Prof. Karikari that, the Northerners have disapointed their own people and the president. At the end, they will be the victims. If they are happy seeing their families at Agblogbloshie in the scorching sun struggling to make ends meet, then it´s over to them. It is about time the oppositions in the North, stop playing politics with their own people´s lives. This project can not fail, and everything must be done to keep it going. Meanwhile, those who are found to have misused monies made for it must be punished regardless of their status. This is the only way forward.

As a national program targeting the north, its successful implementation should be the responsibility of the government and not on its beneficiaries. As he rightfully said, it should be very Ghanaians' concern to rescue the program from failure.I do not think Karikari will make the same assertion on a national program designed to benefit the Ashanti region. These kinds of ill-conceived statements are intended to malign politicians of northern extraction, simply because the president is a northerner.

I myself from the north I suppose the modus operandi of the whole operations of SADA is really a sad story to tell. What. they missed the expert proposals from Ghanaians if that was open for people to present their ideas. I myself have a dossier of proposals as to how things should go. The whole money should have been deposited in the bank and turn to the drawing room to ascertain what to do, people could have been sorted to present their plan ideas about development, their proposal I myself have a good package which because concerted effort was never sorted what can I do. SADA has to avoid this expensive consultancy thing and concentrate on simple modulus. For instant guinea fowls rearing should be given to the house holds to breed and construct good slaughter houses at strategic places to buy and dress chickens for sale or export. Over thousands of households would mean stable income to the families and there will be a steady flow of supply of guinea fowls for processing, also they would feel belonging to the project. Each house hold would be given a number of chicken to grow depending on capability, there will be extension officers giving expert advice. This is just one idea of my ideas as to how SADA must go. This ready market would encourage the household, and more money from the sales of fowls even foreign income.
