  Where is this nation heading with corrupt and thieves in security uniform? Without a change of mind, the future of this nation looks bleak.

  I think one important achievement under the former Kuffour's government was the registration and issuing of national ID cards.I think Mahama must also continue to register every citizen in one's residential address as in Holland and Germany.There must be a legislation imposing a duty upon a landlord to secure its success.The compiled list must be computerised to ease any reference by the various councils and the police especially. This has the advantage of cramping criminals who may go into hiding.Thus if any member of a household becomes aware that a suspected person is hiding,one can call the police to question one's ID.It has multiples of advantages and we need to have a look at it.
