  This committee has a big responsibility to Ghanaians and must work hard to ensure their recommendations are accepted and adhered to. We are worse now with oil than we were in the days of no oil. It's just a pity!

  Ghana has never had a National Agenda and that is why there is no continuity or accountability in Gov't projects. You don't see that anywhere in the developed world.
