Mahama is clueless, he just knows how to plagiarize, I don't even think he understands some of what he says. It is all talk no substance. What Ghana has now is the leadership "disconnect" -- total leadership void.

Discard that Socialist/Communist ideals and allow private businesses to the main engine of Ghana's economic growth and see some real economic growth. The NDC is always deceiving Ghanaians and their very own selves with that communist mentality, hoping to achieve some great results by investing in the wrong sectors and making wrong decisions and wrong actions. The results always shows as things continue to fall apart for Ghanaians all the time!

Why can't they just follow ex-Prez. Kuffour's steps that enabled his govt. to turn Ghana's economic fortunes around in just 8yrs? The NDC had been in power for 19yrs without any great economic success, except for them to seize people's businesses and property; they accused innocent Ghanaians of corruption etc. They use the EC and SC to steal the ballot to wrestle their way back to power. Soon afterwards, things began getting tough for the ordinary citizen; everyone started crying for economic relief. It all started under late-Prez. Atta-Mills' tenure; John "Aplanke Prez" Mahama is worse! John Mahama and NDC should stop lying to Ghanaians, because telling lies won't save them. Period!

Interestingly, Mahama says the sagging economy and everything is just fine! That's his by his own judgement and standards. They won't stop lying to Ghanaians about the real situation. When NDC govt. and its ministers are milking the nation dry, they'll sent their propaganda ministers to spread out false info about the nation's economy. What a shame!

Low productivity is not the problem.You need to reverse the deficit balance of payment by reducing unnecessary imports and boosting export revenues.The only way Ghana can prop up the Cedi and stop the mounting debt.
