  This Cola system was first introduced by Dr professor Kofi Abrefa Bussia the prime minister of the country in 1972 to cushin workers from the hardships of the day.It was really a good decision made by his Government when he felt something must be done to alliviate the economic turbulence on all workers.It is good subsequent Governments turn round with a step forward with a a microscopic lences with non partissant approach in search of good works in the archives of previous Governments to use it for the benefit of its peoples.
