Shouldn't parliament or some committee within parliament be taking up some of these issues and then the judiciary properly putting these thieves on trial? Why everything does have to come from the executive? Where are the checks and balances in the system? A parliamentary committee by now should have put the brakes on SADA while reviewing the whole program and the thievery going on there. It is sad that such a program to help the North has been hijacked by the few elites in the North and yet Mahama is handling the situation with kid’s gloves. Such thievery demands jail time not only refunds to deter others from repeating same.
