  Just checked the background of the so called international organisation and it is one of does dodgy institutions setup up by some crooks in London to glorify corrupt African politicians. Not therefore surprise Sepa YANKEY is a recipient of this award as he is a known ex convict and a top corrupt politician in Ghana.

  The C E O should bow his head in shame. How do you take award when the project has suffered many delays. To date we do not know when project will be completed.

  When I was growing up in the Gold Coast, at any job interview, be it the civil service, public or a private company, you will be required to state if you have had a prison record. This question alone will dent your chance of ever getting the job how much qualified you would be. Young people of my generation were very careful of the lives they led because of this single question at the interview venue.
  That was Gold Coast, we have now grown wiser and perhaps smarter and have therefore devised clever engineering tactics in all manner of our life. And we as a country, are paying dearly for it.
  Why should a person like Sipa Yankey be given a billion dollar job by the
  government of Ghana. Besides having served a jail sentence in Ghana for thievery, he was sited for corruption by an English company. His co-conspirators are still serving sentence in England.
  Sipa Yankey is overseeing an empire in Ghana under a corrupt government which appointed him in the first place. He now wants an international accolade to look good.
  Ghana is really cheap.
