    BEFORE INDEPENDENCE, we had this P.O.Box........at that time Ghana's population was 6,5 Million.
    After 57 yrs , with a population OVER 25 million, we are STILL RUNNING for P.O.Box....... Can't we think of and DEVELOP....... ...

    You are right, PO-boxes are used in Europe. But not that much and almost only by businesses.

    Every house/apartment has its own mailbox and mail address, with daily delivery of post.

    This is much different from Ghana!

    Don't be naive. The "419" people are using these post boxes for a purpose. Please alert the security agents about the development.
