They achieve these by making it almost impossible for the ordinary Ghanaian to obtain these documents through genuine means. Out of frustration, one is compelled to resort to these middlemen.

All of a sudden they tell people with perfect eyesight to go and get an eye check. The machine is being manipulated. It only works for those sent there by the goro boys or sleazy contract employees. Clean up your own house first.

If a customer to the premises of the DVLA don't see the office to start processing his documents, he will definitely fall into the hands of these Goro Boys.
Why can't the DVLA put identification tags of what is done in a par ...

Why can't the DVLA put identification tags of what is done in a particular office on the door as they have done by numbering them to immediately tell a first time customer where to start processing from and where to end it. Imagine paying an amount of Ghc150.00 for the replacement of a "dead" driving licence only to be issued with an official receipt of Ghc34.00 and also paying Ghc50.00 to renew a drivers license only to be issued with an official receipt of Ghc24.00
I think the Minister of Transport MUST rise up and ensure all rooms are well defined and all staffs made to wear prescribed uniforms and tags bearing their various names.
