With these superpowers wielding Multiple Re-entry Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles the possibility of mutual annihilation is a reality should either provoke the other.

Ukraine and Russia having been part of the Union of Soviet (Workers) Socialist Republics (USSR) for more than 70 years have a unique relationship. A fact which must not be lost on NATO. They are also part of the Commonwealth of Independent States formed after the collapse of (USSR).

NATO must resort to nothing but diplomacy. It is becoming increasingly clear that the United Nations is becoming redundant. Africa must support nothing but diplomacy.

If you are so against ethnocentrism in reality and not playing political games then ALL forms of ethnocentrism must be condemned at ALL times not only when it is directed at certain groups. Besides there is nothing ethnocentric about the statement the President made, if indeed he said what is being widely speculated. Kumasi has a wide mix of all ethnic groups and very soon Akan people may even become the minority. I'm sure his statement, if true, refered to residents of Kumasi and not Akan people so why the fuss? After all the recent tape doctoring the media in Ghana are proving themselves to be unreliable, unprofessional and not circumspect when it comes to reporting unsubstantiated news yet again. This smacks of political mudslinging and proves yet again that the media are in bed with the opposition NPP. It is indeed true that in the eyes of most Kumasi residents nothing good ever comes from the ruling party and media reports are just as deceptive. Is it any surprise that the media are trying all tricks in the book to blow this out of proportion? I hope someone tells all media houses that there is negative publicity fatigue in Ghana and growing. So you would be better advised to be truthful to Ghanaians or risk losing your followers in their droves. Many Ghanains are now sourcing Ghana news from foreign, reputable sources and that trend is set to continue. Be warned!
