  only in Ghana we boost of being the most know it all, educated, civilised, well-advanced than most African countries, because we happened to be the first to gain independence. Yet we don't care about hygiene because it is normal for Ghanaians. we eat, sell, cook, trade, do everything sitting in filth, near smelling rotten rubbish, near posh offices, government departments, schools, hotels.
  
  While those so-called poor and uncivilised countries in Africa are planning their towns and cities, using underground drainage, most civilised Ghanaians continue to advocate for open gutters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Everyone, including the government of Ghana is calling and insisting on building more open gutters.
  
  What is the point? You clean them today through so-called volunteering, only for the much clever one(99.99% of them) continue to put rubbish into them. Oh Ghana, when ??????????????
