NCA bans Expresso for poor service quality

  I have been advising expresso,especially Kumasi office but they take me for a talkertief.Many people who became their customers through my persuations are now angry with me.Some even ported their numbers to other networks.I did same,but ported back just because of my love for CDMA,not the network.If EXPRESSO is finding it difficult to operate on CDMA,why can't they opt for GSM?

  t-mobile & Att are gsm, while Sprint/verizon(was vodaphone owned)&metro pcs are cdma...phones should be allowed to roam on other networks in gsm! Nigeria has more than 1 cdma provider..If phones roamed they could use other ne ...

  Kudos to the NCA for such initiative. I however dare them to continue this kind of exercise as it will keep these network providers on their toes in providing quality services. MTN especially must follow suit.
