In the USA a group of loan officers, Realtors, appraisers, home inspectors, innocent buyers and title companies teamed up to corrupt the system.
Realtor will locate a property listed for $10,000 buy it and sell it to this innocent but a new comer from Africa for $200,000. Innocent buyer who is gracious enough to have received a huge amount of $20,000 from the proceed will not minced words but just get sold into the transaction.
Appraisers appraised the property for $200,000, lender approved the loan and title company settled on the transaction.
Innocent buyer would be promised a tenant to occupy the property and will still receive a residual income of about $500/month. But sis months down the line the property forecloses and this trend continue for about five years. Parties involved rose to the roof with splash cars, gorgeous homes etc. But in the states the system works and these team were caught up by IRS and the government. They were arrested and given 20 years jail terms.
Similar mafia exist in the Ghanaian economy and those guys are borrowing money for a project, charged the government 10% for sourcing the loan, intentionally make some errors, teamed up with law makers, judges and file against the government a judgment debt. Unfortunately the system of "enye hwee yen fama nyame" works very well and Ghana continue to lose all these money.
It's time those team round up by the BNI to account for how those debt occurred and everyone involved must face the law and if we have any laws.

business.plan-like projects, which are comprehensive, widely debated for transparency and
ready for direct implementation. The ministries should have been tasked to come out with
their best projects which will have the greatest impact. These projects should then have been
discussed by the various committees of NEF.
Government should act like a client who wants to build. She should give terms of reference or
policy: e.g. budget (not more than this year's allocation), number of rooms/floors, etc. Without that, there is no policy concept for the architect to work on. This year's budget (hopefully) already gave the policy concept, like the architect's drawings. This cannot be implemented directly by artisans. We need engineering to work out detailed drawings and specifications. This is where we fail woefully. Why go to Akosombo to ask architects again to tinker with the facade, change some colors, with the hope that artisans can then set to work when the engineers at the ministries are being paid to NOT give detail-drawing deliverables? E.g. Ministry of Agric could have designed a module into NYEP to reduce graduate unemployment by renting parcels of farming land in the plains, acquiring inputs, taking proposals for commercial farming from groups of graduates, giving loans seed money to NYEP as coordinating consultants, who will pass the money through banks for managing disbursements (to short-listed projects) & for managing repayments, etc. Perhaps, it's not late for the Committee to be setup to ask the ministries for input. I could give helping support to such a committee.

Don't we have any coordinated legal framework that makes it compulsory for ICAG to report members' suspected financial connivances to competent authorities to investigate and prosecute members? Don't we have any body by law or regulation to foresee ICAG, auditors, etc conducts are dealt with by law?

Boachsoft Finance 2012 software, developed in Accra and in East Akyem in the Eastern Region of Ghana, is helping many families across the globe to balance the family budget and save for their children´s future . People say it is better than the American product Quicken in many ways.

The next version would be released in December 2015.

Willie Nelson fined and Actor(fred sanford) assets seized and sold...due to either their accountants doing a bad job or stealing from them...aren't lawyers/attorneys disbarred and Doctors working papers taken if they fuck up regular??? they can be in usa! The accountants must alert Parliment and department heads of approaching judgement debt or private business failures

We all know that when it comes to judgement debt it is always caused by policy makers( most notably politicians who are mostly university graduates) in collaboration with the AG's Office and other partners-in-crime in the Judiciary. So who is an accountant to stop the payment of judgement debt. I am not a university graduate yet I know this. It is unfortunate a whole university graduate like Seth Terkpeh will talk like this. This is how far our useless university education has brought us.
