  Every government knew France is the one throwing monkey wrench into our efforts and is the one more benefiting from disintegrated West Africa but can not man up enough courage to say it.
  Before France granted independence to her former colonies, they singed a clause that tied them to CFA and each cfa the African nations spend, France takes a tax. So now how on earth France will allow you to integrate and lose the free money that was estimated to be in trillions of dollars since independence?
  Man up and come out with a policy and take this MAFIA nation to ICC.

  Ask urself if the ecowas itself realizes the importance of itself? Ecowas don't even know it's relevance or importance in the subject region. So how do u expect the ppl.to know any better?

  Woman, you do not get it. Leave EPA and ECOWAS. It would not work. Concentrate on creating jobs internally and not externally. Is EU paying you?

  When is the proposed ECOWAS RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION OPERATION,coming on?
  I think we have to solve our internal problems,as,Ecowas,before even,thinking about that EPA,and the corresponding problems that come with it,to compound ours.
  ECOWAS HAS A PROBLEM.
  How does one attract investments in an economy that can't stand on her feet,by herself?
  GHANA ALWAYS TOUTS SO LOUDLY,TO BE THE LEADERS OF AFRICA,yet we are not even faithful to each other.

  You are good educated lawyer, but I am sorry your legal education does not help you to understand the what development is. You need to go back to history to trace issues. you have been offered a job far beyond your spectrum. Just resign! You have no idea what you are talking about and let a lone its implementation. Please, limited your ideas to your home country and ask yourself the relevant question in development HOW? HOW do I [Hanna Tetteh] as state minister, create job opportunities in Ghana using the enormous resources? You are simply irrelevant in the state machinery just like the rest of the ministers. I have not political affiliation. I am a Ghanaian who believes in harnessing our resources for development. But, I will do you a little favour. Can you live without Oxygen? Can you live without food? Can you live without water? If you should personify Ghana, then you should think about the three questions I have willingly offered you to reflect as the major ingredients to development. Do you think ECOWAS have achieved those those to attract investments. I will not go into details. Do your homework well before you talk. You think investors are fools! You have everything to make you comfortable so you talk by fits and starts. Just talking irrelevant issues and be a critical thinker. I wonder how many time you physically appeared in Ghana law courts to prosecute and or defended a case. You have not idea what Hunger is and for that much poverty as whole
