  When you keep on using scarce your monies to pay judgement debt,SUBAH,GYEEDA,RLG,SADAAH etc this is the type of weather forecast you would continue to get.Ghana Meteo is using cowries and eggs to predict.

  I am reading this story at at 17.00 hours today. There has been no storm at 14.30 as predicted by the Ghana meteo people. How come? Do they know what they are doing?
