With all due respect I'm not sure the Rev. Dr. knows what he's talking about. He should first tell us which Ghanaian politician he knows who is neither a Christian nor a Muslim? When they win power and you these pastors pray and hail their victory as God-giving what do you tell them. Isn't it true that when they attend such so-called Thanksgiving services your collection bowls swell and you're happy?

And in any case don't we know what goes on in these churches themselves?

Besides, He has fools as his followers whom he convinces to give up their meagre incomes in the name of God so he thinks he is "wise".

We want to listen to great thinkers who would help us solve our social and economic problems and not nit-wits like Reverend Frimpong-Manso who have nothing to offer us except recounting Bible stories.

He thinks it is easy to become a politician? Let him run for the post of even an Assemblyman!! It is far easier to become a priest than a politician because priesthood has only one textbook - the Bible, so only a dunce will fail.

Rev. Frimpong Manso keep his trout shut and enjoy the booty that he took from innocent churchgoers. If the Church provides wisdom, let us all stop going to school and spend 24 hours a day in the Church?

If divine wisdom, then I do not think going to church would give them divine wisdom. The only way for them to acquire divine wisdom is to accept Jesus Christ and allow him to mould their lives. They should meditate on the word of God and assimilate the word of God and then, the Holy Ghost will live in them and work in them to will to do what is right. This is what they need and not merely going to church, because some of them are even calling themselves pastors. The devil is even right in the churches. Some of the devil's lieutenants are moderators and bishops.

Sorry mister ex moderator but the most advanced nations in this world did not send their leaders to church to learn how to govern or acquire any knowledge.in fact some of the most advanced countries today long ago broke the link between church and state in order to reach the levels of industrialization and social organization they have today - germany, japan, france, china,britain are secular countries and are among the worlds most prosperous, america itself is a secular nation. the real move to progress by most European countries was achieved when they separated the church form the state - they became industrialised, removed barriers to human rights especially against minorities, getting rid of slavery and giving equal rights to jews, slavery, anti semitism and rejection of science were the hallmarks of christian political governments. by rejecting the church in politics and governance they increased their dependency on science, knowledge and technology to increase life expectancy, increase levels of health and wellbeing in their population etc,.

this ex moderator like all pastors/priests wants to ensure that our leaders remain lazy, ignorant, stupid and insensitive to their responsibility's by going to church to pray to a palestinean deity for "wisdom". what nonsense!! ur leaders must get good educations and learn their responsibilities to their people by revering the laws of the land and guarding against corruption at all levels. if we should continue binding our politics and politicians to church going we will end up like portugal and spain - lazy, unproductive and stale.
