I have a problem with most Ghanaians so far as the truth is concerned. Most people are not authentic. How could one bury the shame, corruption and heinous crimes that PV Obeng collaborated with or supported JJ Rawlings to commit?. PV didn't have empathy for Limann, the people of Ghana, especially the poor, the sick, motherless, fatherless, etc. Women were stripped naked and their private parts were lashed and soaked with pepper. He helped loot the coffers of the nation to build houses in Ghana, US, and other places at the expenses of the poor. He was the presidential adviser when expecting mothers and sick were dying because of their draconian policies, "Cash and Carry System". I have left Ghana sometime now but have been keeping myself abreast with the news. I didn't hear from him showing remorse about these diabolical acts he collaborated. Do you think that anybody who is empathetic, or humane, or has good conscience will join hands with despotic leader?

I am not judging him. But people should stop showering praises on him as if he was a savior. I am very disppointed at Kuffour, Akuffo Addo and the rest who are extolling him. It's not surprising that Akuff Addo interited mansions in UK from his father who was once a president in Ghana. Where did his father get the money to build mansions for him? Kuffour is in the same soup. It wouldn't be surprising that Kuffour bagged millions of dollars for his family before he left office. Nana Konadu and JJ did the same. Mahama is doing the same. They are all thieves. Then, was it worthwhile to kill Acheampong, Akuffo, Afrifa, the man from north who borrowed 50K cedis and the rest?

All Akuffo Addo did was to send the family of the deceased his condolences, he also said though they had their differences he was a friend, does it mean he has extolled him I personally do not think so, we have our own opinion and that may be yours, the only advice I can give you is to get your facts right. Sadly our politicians live with the mistaken notion that they are immune to catastrophic medical illness. It seems he died from a cardiac arrest and it is shameful that he had to be transported to the hospital in a cab instead of a well equipped ambulance. This is a lesson to team Mahama, "Please fix the health care system because you are not immune to medical emergencies".

We take pains to set up constituent assemblies of the people to draft a 3rd republican constitution which is promulgated and enshrines in it a clause that says it is treasonable to forcibly overthrow the duly elected government of the people. PV Obeng, Tsikata, Rawlings flouted this constitution overthrew Limann and today you are heaping praises on them from parliament that made the laws?. What a joke of our constitutional democracy if you pass a law, only to turn around and heap praises on one who disobeys it?

PV Obeng was an architect of the coup that brought Rawlings back to power in June 4, 1979 by smuggling arms from Libya on Mankoadze fishing vessels to Ghana under the guise of parceled fish and the he was appointed to the PNDC for his role in that coup, and what did that government do about the deplorable health care system in Ghana, nothing. Sadly our politicians live with the mistaken notion that they are immune to catastrophic medical illness. It seems he died from a cardiac arrest and it is shameful that he had to be transported to the hospital in a cab instead of a well equipped ambulance. This is a lesson to team Mahama, "Please fix the health care system because you are not immune to medical emergencies!". Never forget we will all reap what we sow!.
