I can swear by the long hair of our village soothsayer that Kan Dapaah is far worse than the thieves he is charged to find. He has used far more sophisticated stealing tricks than these thieves.

As an alumnus, I wish you well. For those who are working with international organizations such as the UN, we shall soon join you to contribute our quota towards the improvement of the quality of products UPSA turns out for mother Ghana.

This is an important topic worth discussing. Cutting down public sector expenditure, seepage through corruption, irresponsible spending and misplaced priorities will do third world countries a great good. However the implementation is likely to be stymied or becomes difficult when government officials do not buy in. The proposed center will better operate to serve its intended purpose with international community backing. More grease to your elbows comrade.

Kan Dapaah have never been a defends minister in GH. Dr. Addo kufour was defends minister from 2001-2008.

This is a foolish publication. IPS does not award PhD at the moment because most of their lecturers have just masters. Now they have awarded an honorary PhD and yet our illiterate journalists are addressing him DR everywhere.
